This small but beautiful penthouse is located in Salamanca, a mix of residential and commercial areas, the eighth floor of a building of 1940. However, the lift, is easier to get there. The penthouse has 485 square feet of interior space, plus an additional 484 square feet from the two terraces. The entrance to the house is made from the front door into the living room. Then, as you pass the living room, you reach the open kitchen.

In addition to the living room, the penthouse also has a bedroom and a bathroom. So as you can see, it is a very small place.
