The light wooden panels placed on both floors makes the loft clean and modern, while the generous use of white can create open and uncluttered spaces. The first floor consists of three main zones: the dining room, the kitchen and lounging space. The lounging area contains a sofa and a modern cream colored chair, and is brightly decorated with pillows and plants to add a quirkiness hue. Here, the refreshing use of metal furniture, such as lamps and tables makes a soothing space that invites you to relax after a long day. The kitchen begs for creative recipes and delicious food, with its uncluttered space and vibrant red stools. Because it is a loft after all, all spaces are strategically placed to maximize the facility and the room: the tables are placed at the entrance, while the cozier lounge area is located in the least open space behind she. The use of light is crucial, and a window was strategically placed at the end of the first floor to allow flow of light in every corner of the room.
On the upper floor, an open balcony overlooking the tables below to still create a sense of space, while the bedroom area uses a gray wall to add depth. The use of color is also appropriate here: bed pillows, blankets and bedside flowers make a refreshing every morning, and the room closed-off bathroom at the other end of the floor is kept simple with use white. Effective use of color is the key to the mini-loft which undoubtedly offers much pleasure, wealth and satisfaction than traditional two-story house.
