Contemporary Apartment With Character Raw

Margaux Beja, architect and owner of this beautiful space turned an old apartment in this elegant, contemporary living area of raw nature. The redevelopment of the apartment of an eighteenth century in the heart of the Marais, Paris, retains the charm of the old while mingling comtemporary elements. A glass wall separates the living space per room and allows the light to spread throughout the apartment. Bathroom, utility room and dressing are hidden behind a wooden wall in walnut. Selection of raw materials and neutral colors highlights the existing volumes. A clubhouse with white walls and rustic beams in the heart of Paris.
